The main purpose of the Organisation’s activities shall be spreading the idea of a united Europe in all fields of education and training via seminars, advanced training of teaching staff, carrying out educational, scientific, cultural activities and teaching in order to promote the establishment of the European democratic civil society independently of political parties and denominations

establishment, enhancement and promotion of cooperation in the field of education and science for review and implementation of all mechanisms of existing European Organisations in the political, economic, social, cultural areas, and in the field of environmental protection
supporting free exchange of experiences, knowledge, specialists, and information within Europeanisation of education and science; providing access to information and knowledge in this area; using all means of communication and distribution of publications, and including using information mechanical media
expanding public involvement in formation of educational, scientific and research policy, development of solutions, implementation of which can influence education and science in general; public participation in educational, scientific, cultural programs and activities regarding European education and science
contributing to activities of educational and scientific Public organisations of Ukraine, citizens, communities and other entities concerned regarding Europeanisation of education and science at all stages of its development and development of public attitudes toward education like to lifelong learning
development of European education, science and culture, teaching among both the youth and the older generation, implementation of programs related to development of European education and science aimed at the development of the democratic civil society in Ukraine
finding methods and mechanisms for implementation of initiatives working towards education of the community regarding respect for European unity in its diversity
development of professional skills, educational level, knowledge and experience of the members of the Organisation for implementing its statutory activities
